cannot load object

I have a word document with macros. When certain users
open the document the macros aren't being loading. The
error message is

cannot load object.

The objects which are drop down boxes is linked to an
Access database.

Anyone have any idea out there what is going on?

Sounds like some sort of priveledge issue for accessing the database by some
of your users.
