cannot load OE due to issue with MSOE.dll.

I use Outlook Express. Everytime I try to access a window message says it
cannot load due MSOE.dll. I use Windows 98. IE 6.0 SP2. I have searched
the knowledge base and cannot find a resolution outside of reloading MS
OFFICE. If it comes to this i would want to back up my current mailboxes and
contact information. Not sure what those file names are so I can back them
up before I reload.

I seriously doubt any Knowledge Base article would suggest that you reinstall
Office to fix an Outlook Express problem, because OE is not part of Office.
Can you cite the article(s) you're referring to? See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=232480 "OLEXP: Error Message: Outlook
Express Could Not Be Started Because MSOE.DLL Could Not Be Loaded" for one
possible solution that does not involve reinstalling Office.
