Cannot Locate a contact from an email address

When I right click on an address in an email and select "Lookup Outlook
Contact", I get the message "Could not find a contact with this email
address". These contacts are located in my Business Contacts database. I know
all of these contacts and email addresses exist. Anyone know how I can fix
this?

Hi Bruce,

The feature that you are trying to use will work only for Outlook Contacts
since it is an outlook feature.
This is why it does not work if you have saved your contacts as Business
Contacts.
