cannot log on to Server

3 days ago, the outlook 2007, stoppped working.
after i run the repair E-mail account, what I got was "CANNOT log on to
Server".
it is running on Vista.
I still can see my email through Hotmail, MSN web site. The account name and
password are still working.
I have Outlook in both desktop and laptop. Niether are working.
what is happening?
