Cannot Logon to Outgoing Mail Server

I am using Outlook 2002. Today I deleted an email account from my domain at
my webhosting company. Immediately afterwards I started receiving messages
in Outlook "Unable to logon to outgoing mail server" for 2 email accounts in
the same domain that did not change. I can login to these accounts from my
webmail, so I'm pretty sure the problem is with Outlook. I have tried
stopping and restarting Outlook, rebooting, and deleting and re-adding the
accounts from Outlook. Nothing has worked.
