Cannot logon to Project Server 2003

how did you solve this issue? now i am trying to call the LgnIntAu.asp page from my asp.net app and it is giving this 5003 error. i tried a lot but not able to fix this error. i am using windows authentication. it seems its a credential problem. i am using httpwebrequest object to create this url and the credential type is credentialcache.defaultcredentials. can u help in this regards
