Cannot Manage Project Server 2003

Diane

I have installed Project Server 2003. I was trying to set-up the Project
Server. In Admin (logged on as default administrator account) I can access
Manage Enterprise Features & Connect to SharePoint Portal Server - no
problem. I CANNOT access anything else properly.

If I try to open Server Configuration, Customize Project Web Access,
Clean-up the Project Server DataBase I get an error icon at the bottom of the
page (as if the whole site did not load properly) and then the explorer
window freezes up.

I can add users, but cannot manage them or delete them.

Please help.

Do you have any add-in toolbars on IE? If so , try disabling them. Also,
make sure that View > Explorer Bar > Discuss is not enabled.

Fingers crossed.

Diane:

Something is preventing you from hitting pages that use active data objects.
This can be anything from security settings, interfering programs such as
Reid mentioned, to a fundamentally misconfigured or badly installed system.
Which do you think is most likely the case? Is this your first Project
Server installation? What seemed to go right? What seemed to go wrong during
setup?
