cannot merge or delete a user

hi all,

i have ONE user. That i cant add any accounts too, i cant assign them to
any groups or security templates. I cant even SEE them in the drop down
lists to MERGE or DELETE the user (from Clean up Project Server database
options).

How can i get rid of this user. He is set up correctly in SBS 2003 but for
some reason MS Project doesn't like this account!

Any ideas, im STUMPED!

Im still stumped on this. Any ideas? I have also tried to sync with AD and
get partial failures all the time.

someone please help! THANKS IN ADVANCE
