Cannot modify Outlook 2000 contacts with Outlok 2003

I have a user with Outlook 2000, CWO. His secratary has received a
new computer with Outlook 2003. She has permissions to view, edit and
create new contacts for him. She is able to view all contacts and
create new ones, but is unable to edit contacts created before she had
Outlook 2003. She is able to create and modify new ones, but is
unable to do the same with older contacts. Any help would be
appreciated and of course, thanks in advance.
