Hello, and thanks much in advance for the assistance.
I have a user with Outlook 2007 who manually archives older emails every 6
months.
He is trying to manually move emails from his Exchange 2003 inbox to a local
..pst file that he created. He was able to move several months worth of
emails, but is unable to move a large number of them.
When he attempts to move them, he gets the following error:
"The item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted or access
was denied."
Obviously, he has full control of the .pst file which he created, and
appropriate permissions to his own Exchange folder. I am not sure how to
allow him to move these emails. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks much in advance!
