Cannot not send or recieve emails because "authorization failed"

Version: 2008

When I try to send/receive emails a box pops up that says:

The server for account "(Our Business Account Name)" returned the error "authorization failed." Your username/password or security setting may be incorrect. Would you like to try reentering your password?

I click YES, and re-enter my password correctly. Another box pops up saying the same thing. I haven't changed any of my Entourage settings either.

It still does not allow me to retrieve or send any emails. Please help!

Generally this is a Keychain issue, but I recently saw this fix on MacFixIt.
Let us know which fix helps.

MacFixIt reader "Richard S." reports a solution for the continuous loop
issue caused by Entourage:
"A fix that works for me every time I upgrade MS Office 2008 for the
Keychain problem when clicking "Always Allow" does not cure the problem is
as follows:
1. go to System Preferences.
2. Click on Security.
3. Click on Firewall.
4. If you have set access for specific programs, checked, and Entourage is
one of them, click on minus sign and delete Entourage.
5. Click on the plus sign and go into Finder, Applications, MS Office 2008,
add Entourage back.
6. I find I have to restart Leopard before the change takes place.
Afterwards, no more prompting from Keychain.
Works every time!"

-----Basics---------
Send & Receive problems can be complex to solve, but generally these
solutions apply:

If you can receive but not send then you have a bad SMTP configuration
If you can send but not receive you have a bad POP or IMAP configuration

Open Keychain Access application in Applications/Utilities folder. Run
Keychain First Aid. It's in the Keychain menu under Keychain Access. This
might fix the problem, if not, delete the entry for that account.

Go to Entourage, select 'Accounts' from the Tools menu, choose the account
that was giving you trouble and delete (not the info but the account) that
account. You should now be able to create a new account and enter the
correct information. Type carefully. If you paste don't include spaces.

The password should now stick.
