Cannot ODBC Link Large Visual FoxPro Tables

Each of the Visual FoxPro tables is a separate file.
When they were smaller I had no trouble linking to them
with ODBC and using them in ACCESS. Now they have more
than 500,000 records and when I try to link to them they
don't appear in the list of available tables. I can
still use ACCESS Pass-Through queries so I know the
tables and their data are intact but I want to make an
ODBC link.
