CANNOT OPEN A FILE

AFTER SAVING MY WORKSHEET IN QUATTRO PRO 11 I TRIED TO GET ACCESS TO THE FILE
AND THE WELCOME TO THE APPLICATION RECOVERY MANAGER WIZARD CAME UP AND I
CANNOT NOT BACK UP MY DOCUMENT OR CARRYING ON WORKING IN THE APPLICATION THIS
THEN STATES THAT IF EITHER OPTION IS UNAVAILABLE DUE TO SEVERITY OF THE CRASH
IT WILL BE DISABLED. WHAT CAN I DO TO OPEN THIS FILE?
