Cannot open Access

Hello,
I would like to see if anybody encountered this problem.
I installed the Microsoft Office 97 Professional
suite. I own a legitimate copy of the suite.
When I want to open Access, I cannot do it (all others,
Excel, Word, PowerP) work great. With Access I get a
message "Microsoft Access cannot start because there is
no license for it on this machine." By the way,
I get the same message if I want to run it from the
CD (not the installed version on hard disk).

Any ideas?
