Cannot open any of my office products

[Help]

I'm not sure why, but I can no longer open any of my
office products. When I click on Word, Excel, or any
other of my office icons on the desktop or from the start
menu, it gives me the following message:

Problem with Shortcut
This action is only valid for products that are currently
installed.

Office was installed with my computer when I purchased
it...so any advice you could give me would be greatly
appreciated. The icon pictures are also different, like
word used to have a piece of paper with a blue W on
it...now all office icons look the same...a white window
with a blue tool bar on top.

Hi, Help,

Have you made recent changes to your system, such as applying service packs
or patches, or installing software? Or have you done a system restore?

Re-install Office, first. If you don't have a CD, contact the manufacturer
of the equipment who pre-installed it and request one from them.
