I've seen similar posts regarding someone not being able to open a particular
recurring appointment - - well, I have a user who cannot open any recurring
appointments (current or old). He has no problem with non-recurring
appointments.
Most, but not all, of his appointments are made by his delegate. She can
open all his recurring appointments (on his calendar) from her computer.
However, on the manager's calendar, he cannot open any recurring
appointments, whether she created as delegate or he himself created them.
He can see all the appointments on his calendar, but when he tries to open a
recurring appointment, he gets the following error message:
"Cannot open this item. The object could not be found."
We have tried reinstalling Outlook with no improvement. Anyone have any
ideas? Thanks in advance.
