Cannot open attachment

I cannot open word attachment - well, it opens but it is
all gobblydygook. At the end of the document, about the
only legible thing is a couple of document names, and the
all have a .docPK extension. The email contained 3 other
docs that I can open with no problem. Any help would be
appreciated!

PK would suggest that the documents have been compressed with PK Zip prior
to emailing. Try uncompressing with a PK Unzipper and see if that works for
you.
