One of the users in my office has started having problems with attachments
in emails.
They are running Vista 64 bit Business Edition, with Office 2003.
When trying to open an Excel or Word attachment, the program will open, but
not the document, & I'll get a message that says "The system cannot find the
file specified".
I've tried deleting the temp items & making sure the file association is
right, but still no luck.
I can right click on the attachment & save to desktop & double-click it &
will bet the message that the file couldn't be found!
I can use the open command & navigate to it & it will open, though.
Attachments sent as PDFs will open fine.
What could be the problem?
