Cannot Open Entourage 2008

I just installed Office MAc 2008 upgrading the previous version. When I try to open Entourage, I get the following error message: "The rules file appears corrupt. Rules cannot be used."

Remove the Rules file in your Identity folder. Option-drag over your old
rules file from 2004. You will have to reset folder destination in each
rule.

We had the same problem after trying to make Entourage (office 2008)
work for a second account on the iMAC. Didn't know what to do, so we
installed Office 2008 while the second account was logged on. Since
then, the original installation had the rules issue.

Anyway, the fix suggested works. Thanks a lot!
