Hello all,
I am having trouble with one of my users. When she tries to open an Excel
document by double-clicking the document, it runs the application, then gives
her an error that it cannot find the file specified. (Meaning the one she
JUST clicked on) I have checked the file association. I have tried to upgrade
her to Office 2000 from *Cough 97 Cough*.. Still the same error. If we go
into Excel and use the open command and browse to the file, it will open and
she can do what is needed. At this point I am not sure of how to proceed.
Other than a fresh load of the OS. It is W2k Pro after all.. All of this
happens wether it is on a network share or on the desktop. Any and all ideas
welcome. Thank you all in advance for your help and advice.
Please help! !
