This has been happening periodically over the last few months...
Every now and then, I try to open a password protected Excel 2003 file using
the correct password, and it returns the incorrect password message.
My colleague can open the file. My support team have Remote Accessed my
machine and confirmed that they can open it themselves, but cannot from my
machine.
I can open it using Excel 2007, so it is not a permissions issue.
We are not Windows XP SP2, with Novell delivery for applications.
Tried opening via explorer and via Excel... still no luck.
Any thoughts?
