Cannot open Folders in Outlook

I have a user that cannot open some Outlook Folders, including Public
Folders. However, the user can expand the Folders. This is only happening
on her mailbox, and it doesn't matter who is logged into her mailbox, the
behavior is the same.

Outlook crashes with the following:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.6626.0, faulting module
outllib.dll, version 10.0.6515.0, fault address 0x0003aad0.
