Cannot open FP2000 web files with FP2002

After I upgraded to FP2002, I cannot open my web files on
my hard drive. FP freezes and the message "System
exception access violation" appears. On a second try, I
received the message "Unrecognized Windows exception
ocx0000ld"

Can any one please clarify? Thanks you
