cannot open FrontPage

I have FrontPage 2000 and all of a sudden it won't open. I get the message
that it is trying to allocate 0 bytes to memory, and otherwise that the
prorgram is not responding. I have deinstalled and reinstalled it but it
hasn't corrected the problem.

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm
and download and run the FP Cleaner utility.

Run all of the functions.
