Hi Angie:

Word is not a "web browser", it's a Word Processor that attempts to open
"HTML Documents". If the URL points to a web page that happens to be an
HTML document, you're OK. That hyperlink is "not"...

Try this: Right-click the hyperlink in Word, choose Hyperlink>Copy...

Paste the result into the Address bar of your browser. It "might" open.

Unfortunately, the link you have there is a JavaScript popup, which normally
will not work unless it is clicked from within the page that contains the
Java script that generates the pop-up.

However, you see the bit within the brackets? That "looks" like a
hyperlink? It is: cut back the entry in your browser's address bar to just
that and try again. That has a higher chance of working...

Unfortunately, there is a reason they wanted the Java-script, and we do not
know what it is. But it is often to send a code to the web sever without
which the server won't get you the page.

You just may have to try Google :)

Cheers
