cannot open links in outlook 2007 + vista rc1

I am getting this error message upon clicking on a http link: 'This operation
has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system administrator.'

I know there are solutions such as 'reset web settings' and things like
editing the registry, but i am using Windows Vista RC1 which contains IE7+
and therefore no settings like that are possible.
I have no clue how to do the next step, since most of the solutions are
based on XP/IE6. Thanks in advance.

the fix should be the same. Doesn't your IE have a reset option on the
advanced tab?

Doesn't Vista contain IE7? If so, IE7 doesn't have that same Reset feature.
It's reset feature is much more intrusive, resetting everything in IE back
to defaults, except for a few customizations.
