"cannot open microsoft office outlook"

Hi:

I have a user that is connecting to our network via Citrix metaframe. When
she attempts to open outlook she gets a "cannot open microsoft office
outlook" message; nothing more.

I have logged on with her ID and password and tried to configure her e-mail
through the "mail" icon in control panel. However, when I double click it I
get a "not enough memory resources" error and it won't open.
She is the only user experiencing this problem. We have two load balanced
Citrix servers and the problem occurs on both servers.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ran into this problem here as well this past Friday. Running Windows 2003
Terminal Server. 80% of the users can open outlook just fine, the rest get
this error message. Couldn't find anything on the net. The only solution
that I found was that for some strange reason Outlook would start working
when users were given local admin rights. While this was fine for a quick
fix over the weekend, in the long run, its not really a viable solution.
