cannot open OneNote section in OneNote2003

Dear OneNote Users,

I bought a new laptop and installed OneNote 2003. When I open a section file
that had been saved previously in OneNote 2003, I get the following message:
This file is from a later version of OneNote. Your version cannot load this
file. There may be a converter available on the Microsoft Office Online Web
site that will enable it to do so. The files is from OneNote 2003 version,
I'm sure and I did not any version of OneNote2007. Did anyone experience a
similar problem and How can I solve this?

A guess.
There is a Service Pack available for OneNote 2003, the error message may
mean that you must install the Service Pack to get a compatible version.
