Cannot open other users folder

Mac OS 10.3.9 and Office 2004 11.2.1 vs Exchange Server 2000 SP3

Mail and GAL is working just fine but if we want to open an other users
folder we receive an error message saying something like "cannot find
exchange server". Permissions is set up OK on the server and the old
classic Outlook 2001 hasn't any problems. OWA is also working just fine.
It doesn't seem to be a DNS issue either.

Does anyone have an idea?
