Cannot open Outlook 2003.

Greetings. Am having a problem with Outlook 2003. Was working perfectly, but
now will not. Program will not open. I now receive error msg: "Cannot start
Microsoft office Outlook.Unable to open the outlook window. The set of
folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact System
Administrator if the condition persists". Well, I'm the administrator and the
problem persists. I added an additional account and Outlook works properly
with this new account, so I've probably got a corrupted file in there
somewhere, but how do I correct the problem? Thanks in advance for any
assistance.

Thanks for the reply.

Question: If I create a new profile, how do I keep my saved mail and address
book intact? Or how can I retrieve the information in those files if I
cannot access the original profile?

Thanks in advance
