Cannot open Outlook 2007

Larry

I am getting very frustrated! I have Office 2007 Small Business installed on
a laptop that I upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium. Now I cannot start
Outlook. The error message is "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The
information store could not be opened."

I have done all of the following:
1) scanpst
2) delete profile and create a new one (several times)
3) uninstall and reinstall office (several times)

Can someone hlep?

Can you be more specific as to what changed between the last time this
worked.

You mention a Win 7 upgrade, for example.

Are you in a Windows server-based domain environment?

What type of account have you created and how did you configure the mail
profile to access your data store?
