cannot open published project

I started new project and I saved it on server. When I'm trying to open
it, server is showing me "The file could not be opened". Project is
published and checked-out status id NO.
I thing I have to do something on server, but I can't find - what.

Ok.
I just made f.e. new project, save it to server. (not to the file) And
when I'm trying to open it (any of projects on server) it's showing me
: "The file could not be opened". In both ways - read/write or read
only. When I'm logging on Project Web Access I can see those projects
existing. I think I give all rights on server to myself.

Initially I thought this was similar to a problem I had with ODBC
connections, but it sounds more complex.

I won't take any wild guesses, but it sounds like a simple permission or
setup problem.

If we can't get any other opinions on this thread, repost the question
again.

Maybe this is issue - when on Project Web Access I'm trying "Manage
Windows SharePiont Services" I get information:
"Error!
The Microsoft Office Project Server WSS Admin COM+ component is not
running under a Windows account.
To set the account information, run the PSCOMPlus tool installed with
Project Server, and set the Windows account that the component should
run as.
"
I don't know if to open projects on server I need this to run.
