Cannot Open Shared Contacts Using Find Feature

Hello--

One of our clients is the assistant to the Sr. VP and he shares all of his
Outlook items with her. She has full permission to his mailbox and delegate
status.

When she uses the Find feature in Outlook to view his contacts, they come up
fine, but when she tries to open one she gets a pop-up window that says,
cannot open item.

We recently upgraded her computer and this feature worked on her old
machine, so I'm thinking it's a setting somewhere.

Exchange is 2003 running on Server 2003, Outlook is 2003 running on XP Pro.

Any ideas?
