Cannot Open Site - FP 2003

Large corporate XP Prof domain just converted to Active Directory. After
conversion, I can no longer open my website hosted on Server 2003 IIS6 boxes.
I use 2002 Server Extensions. I get error message "The following folder
Folder_Path isn't accessible. The folder may be located in an unavailable
location, protected with a password, or the filename contains a / or a \".
This error only occurs on my computer. I can go to other computers with same
FP2003 and open and edit the wedsite. Since other computers can access and
edit the website without error, I think website and extensions are OK. Has to
be something with my box??? I uninstalled and reinstalled FP and still
getting error. I am Admin of website and in Admin group on servers and
workstations.

That does sound like an extensions issue, but since other machines can
open the web...

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm
and download FP cleaner onto the problem machine.

Run the functions that clear the FrontPage Temporary files and the
Cache(.web) files.

See if it helps.

The folder "http://Website" isn't accessible. The folder may be located on
an unavailable volume or protected with a password.

As an alternative, you may wish to download the FREE Jimco Open Web which
bypasses the web folders, which may be corrupted: www.jimcoaddins.com

Before I ran the Cleaner, there were no FP Temp files and only a couple of
..web files where I had connected using a mapped drive. After Cleaner, still
unable to connect on this one machine. Any other ideas? Thx

About the only other thing you might try:
Close FrontPage.
Run Regedit and go to the following keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\FrontPage
Explorer\Recent Publish List

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Webs\Opened

and delete from the right hand panel, any references to the web that
won't open.

Also delete the reference from My Network Places.
Then reopen FrontPage and try to open the web.

I work for an ISP/hosting and just started moving websites over to the 2003
Server. Problem when I go to FP to open a site- type http://www.xyz.com I
get this same error (at the top of post) when loggin in with the owner's of
the website login. When I login with mine which is in the admin group it
works fine.

I had no problems on the 2000 Server but this is making me crazy. Any
information will help! Sorry I am a CISCO and Server tech at heart but have
worked on the internal webserver so they just assumed I would know what do
with 5 webservers here.

How did you "move" the site?
Believe you need to use the IIS migration tool or none of the permissions get "transferred"
