I am having trouble opening some excel and word documents
recieved via E-Mail the error is as follows

"Passed printers 1 can not be accessed. the file may be
read-only, or you may be trying to access a read only
location, Or, the server the document is stored on may not
be responding"

Also i have recieved some PDF files which when i try to
open them the system32 folder opens.

The E-mail server is running fine and the documents are
not read only, Can anybody help please

Mark,
I am having the same problem about the system32 folder
opening when one of my users tries to open a
specific .pdf attachment, and a specific .rtf attachment.
I don't know the solution, but I am working on it. If you
have found an answer, please let me know.
Thanks,
Gerry Hudson

I don't know how to fix it ... but this might help. Seems like your
copy of outlook wants to use the system32 folder as temp space. or it
is trying to put it to a folder where user doesn't have permissions.

Is the temp environment variable defined on this workstation?
Permissions right? Or (and I don't know how to do this if it is
possible) how to control where outlook puts attached files for opening
inside of outlook.
