Cannot open specific sheet

Hello All,

On of my clients is running NT 4.0. A specific excel sheet on our server
will not open. We get a message that " The instruction at 0x650815a0
referenced memory 0x00000004. It asks if we want to enable or disable
macros and either one we try will give us the error. Other excel sheets
open just fine. Running office 2000 pro. Any help would be appreciated.
