Cannot open task with linked document

I have created proposal and task with linked document. But I cannot open
this task from "My Tasks" page.

Error I get is as follow:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: ProjectServerError(s)
LastError=GeneralUnhandledException Instructions: Pass this into
PSClientError constructor to access all error information at
Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.WebService.PWA.StatusingReadWssLinksForTask(Guid projectUid, Guid taskUid)
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

What is the problem?
