Cannot open Tools->Forms->choseform

Hi,

I am using outlook 2002.
When I try to open Tools->Forms->choseform (some form) I
get an error message saying that
"The form you selected could not be displayed. The form
required to view this message cannot be displayed.
Contact your administrator".

I tried to fix it by editing the key
HKLM,software\microsoft\office\10\outlook
ForceFormReload, but when I try to start the outlook
its generating a screen to send an error report to
microsoft. Can anyone help me in this.
