Cannot Open VCard by double clicking in email

When i try to open a vcard which is a part of an incoming
mail message, the error message is displayed:

Cannot Find the File Specified

However, when i save it and open it from the Explorer (Or
My Computer) it works fine...

Please tell me how to resolve this issue
