Cannot open visio files in the viewer

Visio Viewer 2003

Hi there

I have installed visio viewer 2003 on my pc and i still cannot open any
visio documents. I have follwed the steps in the following articles 896719
and 910349 but still no good. Any suggestions for me to get this up and
running?
