Cannot open word application - Urgent

Hi friends,

I am using windows 2000 professional OS. I was installing
windows 2000 service pack 4, while installation it gave an
wierd error and couldn't finished the installation. I
restarted my PC as was surprised to find my word
application not working. It gave me an error "The
application must be installed to run. Please run Setup
from the location where you originally installed the
application". After successfull installation of windows
2000 service pack 4 later, problem was not resolved. Does
anyone know what exactly the error is, or it needs some
startup files, which can be download? Urgent.
