Cannot Open Word Attachment when it reads Doc2

One of our end users cannot open a Word document sent to
her as an attachment via e-mail when it comes in with
doc2. The error message reads: Can't create file:
Document2.doc. Right-click the folder you want to create
the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut
menu to check your permissions for the folder.

Can anyone help with this?
