Minding
I just installed Outlook 2007 on my new single-user Acer Vista Home computer.
When I first start Outlook (not Outlook Express), I get messages saying it's
configuring, migrating settings, and importing user data. Then another
message appears,
"Cannot open your default email folders. The server is not available."
Clicking OK or Cancel closes Outlook. Here's the understatement: It
shouldn't do that.
Can anyone help me get this running?
Thanks,
George
PS I have an Outlook 2000 .pst file to import, but only AFTER I get Outlook
up and running.
