Cannot Open

Hello,
I have a peer to peer network with users using Access 2002, everyone can
access a database
just fine except for one user, the message the user is getting is:
This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. Access
will not open the file due to potential security problems.
This is a very straight forward network nothing is located outside the
network and again this is the only user that is receiving this message. The
OS is XP Pro.
