Cannot play Office Demos with Microsoft Office Assistant.

When I attempt to view a demo in the May 2005 Microsoft Inside Office
newsletter a new window entitled http:////office.microsoft.com - Microsoft
Office Assistance - Microsoft Internet Explorer appears and the following is
displayed in the lower left corner:

1. Connecting
2. Locating the media
3. Connecting to media
4. Ready

Then the media player tool bar at the bottom shows the play button. When I
click on it, the above sequence continues to occur and the video never plays.
I have repeated the process as many as six times and it is always the same.
