Cannot print calendar in 'monthly' format

The template for this appears to be missing.

When the calendar is in monthly view, if I go to Print, I
get the following error message

"Cannot print unless an item is selected. Select an item,
and then try to print again"

I've tried going to the weekly/daily format, it allows me
to print those formats, HOWEVER the 'monthly' option is
not available?

The tech staff have tried setting my account back to its
default, but that has not worked... right now, we are
probably going to have to re-install.. UNLESS, anyone
knows of another option?
