cannot print emails because of script error

I caanot print any e-mails. Microsoft Office outlook keeps telling me I have
a scripting error on line 1344
char 1
unspecified error
code 0
url res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

What do I do to get passed this.

The same e-mail will print from Windows 98 but not in XP
Please help

Hi Logger,
The problem seems to be fixed by installing the IE6 SP1 Cumulative Patch.
