Cannot print in Word 2003

The error message I get is "The macros in this prject are
disable. Refer to online help or documentation of the host
application to determine how to enable macros." I can't
find how to enable macros. I tried the security leves and
that didn't resolve problem . I need instuctions on how to
enable the printing or the enableing of the document.
All help greatly accepted.
