Cannot Print In Word, But Can Print Excel and Everywhere Else

We have Office 2000 in use in our clinic. On one desktop, the user cannot
print in word, however, can print in excel, outlook, adobe, web, etc.... The
error message indicates there is a problem with the printer setup. I have
uninstalled/reinstalled office, no luck. I can ping both printers on the
network. They show connected and ready. Just cannot print in word. Any ideas?
