Cannot Print Labels

I cannot print any word document that is formatted to print labels. When I
try to print it, my printer will freeze up and I cannot print anything else
until I turn it off and then turn it back on. I can print other word
documents as long as it is not formatted for labels. Any Suggestions??

Have you tried installing different printer driver? I've run into that
problem with some HP printers - I have to try PCL5, PCL6 and on occasion,
Post Script. Go to your printer manufacturer's website and see if there are
any updated drivers/different drivers for your printer.
